Everything you need to know before opening a trade account.

What's the minimum order quantity?

We have a minimum order of $300 for included delivery. However, on your first order this is waived.

Do you deliver outside Victoria?

Our own wholesale delivery network only covers Victoria. For interstate trade enquiries, get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange, often through our retail channel or freight partners.

What are your payment terms?

New accounts start on prepayment or payment on delivery. Established accounts can apply for 14 to 30 day terms after a trial period.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Once your trade account is approved, we'll send samples of any product you're considering. Just ask one of our team.

Do you offer exclusive distribution agreements?

For venues running serious volume or considering a brand as a house pour, yes. Let's talk.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Most metro Melbourne orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Regional Victoria typically 2 to 4 business days, depending on location and our freight partners.

Can I order through your retail website?

Trade customers get access to dedicated trade pricing once approved. You'll be offered to order directly through our team and wholesale email address, with your trade pricing applied automatically.
